Vendor Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.TrickTribe.com website operated by TrickTribe ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Creations Originality

You are the creator - or co-creator- of any product you offer for sale through TrickTribe.com and confirm that the product you offer is sufficiently different from anything else on the market.

If TrickTribe.com is made about any originality claims, it is your duty to settle this. Awaiting the settlement the product can be made unavailable for selling.


If you wish to sell any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, the description, the price, and supporting images and video.


You will commit that pricing on TrickTribe is at the same level as on your own website. 

TrickTribe Transaction Fee

As part of acknowledging these terms and conditions, you will commit to the Transaction fees as are defined in your vendor plan. TrickTribe's payment gateway will automatically withhold these fees upon reception of the customer payment and transfer these to the TrickTribe account. 

Your vendor plan has a validity of 3 years from the moment of joining.

Your terms and conditions

These terms and conditions regulate the interaction between you - as a creator - and TrickTribe. You will define your own terms and conditions for the engagement with your customers. In your terms and conditions, you will adhere to all legal requirements to conduct an online business. 

You will ensure that you comply with your own terms and conditions around shipping, returns, refunds, and pricing and act in accordance.

Customer Communications 

You will actively communicate with your customers and ensure any order related query is being responded to within an acceptable period, although within 3 business days maximum 


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and validity of your content. You confirm that the actual products are well represented by the graphic material and description as provided on this site.

Video streams

TrickTribe incurs a cost for the storage of videos. While we have no archiving policy, we may decide that non-selling videos will be taken offline, and/or will get charged a storage fee. 

Stock levels

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the quality and validity 

Magic Vintage Collection

  • Sellers ensure that provides images and videos properly reflect the item
  • Both Sellers and Buyers of items will provide proof of identity and address upon request
  • The Seller will ship items within 48 hours after the end of the sale/auction.
  • TrickTribe will not sell auction items if the bid price does not reach the estimated price.  


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

When you sign up for a specific newsletter, we (TrickTribe) add your email address to a corresponding mailing list. While it is there, we know that we can contact you by email regarding that topic.

You can always have your email address removed from our mailing lists. There are multiple ways to do it:

  • Once your account is registered, just sign in and unsubscribe from newsletters in profile settings.
  • Use the “Unsubscribe” link in our newsletters that you receive.
  • Send an email to info@tricktribe.com.

We may use a third-party email service (MailChimp and/or Mad Mimi) to send newsletters. Some members of our staff can view mailing lists with email addresses. That way they’ll be able to remove your email address from the mailing list, should you request us to do so.

Please note that mailing lists are independent from each other. If you decide not to receive newsletters at all, you’ll have to unsubscribe from all the mailing lists. Even if you do that, you’ll still receive account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more). It is essential for operating an online store.

If you decide that you no longer want to use our store and would like to have your personal data removed from our database (or if you’d like to get all the personal data associated with your account that we have), please send an email to info@tricktribe.com.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We’re obliged by EU General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; we don’t actually intend to misuse your data.
